Which resort for your corporate ski trip ?
The choice of resort decides half the success of a corporate trip — and it is almost never the most prestigious one that wins. Here are the criteria that genuinely matter, and the destinations where our teams live all year round.
🚦 45 min to 2h30 transfer
👥 10 to 300 people
Five criteria, in this order
Companies often choose their resort by reputation. We choose it the other way round : by constraints, starting with the ones you cannot recover from.
Travel time
Criterion number one on a short format. Three hours each way delivers a tired group and eats the first day. Over two days, stay under 90 minutes.
One roof for everyone
The most underestimated criterion. As soon as the group sleeps across two or three properties, the shared evening loses its power — and that evening is what justifies the trip.
Altitude
It secures the snow, particularly early and late in the season. In December or April it outweighs everything else.
The meeting room
If you plan a plenary, not every resort can seat 80 people with a decent screen. Check before committing, not after.
Prestige
Last. It matters for a reward trip or a client event ; it never compensates for poor access or a split group.
Which resort for your situation
| Your main constraint | What you need | Our destinations |
|---|---|---|
| A single day, local team | The shortest transfer, even at the cost of a smaller ski area | Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz |
| Teams flying in | Proximity to an international airport | Chamonix, Pays du Mont-Blanc (1h from Geneva) |
| Teams arriving by train | A TGV station close by | Tarentaise (Moûtiers, Bourg-Saint-Maurice) |
| A large group under one roof | Substantial grouped accommodation capacity | La Plagne, Tarentaise, La Clusaz |
| Early or late season | Altitude, to secure the snow | Tarentaise, La Plagne, Méribel |
| Reward trip, client event | A destination with a name | Chamonix, Méribel, Megève |
| Small group, convivial feel | A human-scale village rather than a large resort | Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Pays du Mont-Blanc |
Six territories where we are based
We only work with resorts where our teams live all year round. Each has its own dedicated site, with meeting rooms, accommodation and activities in detail.

Another resort in mind ? Tell us which one — we work across the northern French Alps, including resorts not listed here.
How long it takes to get there
Indicative coach times, excluding weather and Saturdays during French school holidays — days when the Alpine valleys jam and journeys can double.
| Leaving from | Aravis / Grand-Bornand | Chamonix / Mont-Blanc | Tarentaise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annecy | 45 min – 1h | 1h15 | 2h – 2h30 |
| Geneva airport | 1h15 | 1h | 2h30 |
| Lyon | 2h – 2h15 | 2h15 | 2h – 2h30 |
| Chambéry | 1h30 | 1h45 | 1h – 1h30 |
| Paris (rail) | via Annecy, 4h by train | via Sallanches / Geneva | Direct TGV to Moûtiers or Bourg-Saint-Maurice |
Choosing a resort : your questions
Large resort or small village ?
It depends on headcount and objective. A village works perfectly well up to around 60 people and creates a warmer atmosphere : the group occupies the place instead of dissolving into it. Beyond that, or if you want a large ski area and proper conference facilities, look to a high-altitude resort.
Do we need a high-altitude resort ?
It is essential in December and April, when snow cover in village resorts is uncertain. In January and February altitude becomes a secondary criterion, and a well-covered village often gives a better group experience. See when to organise your trip.
Can you organise in a resort you don’t list ?
Yes. This page shows the territories where we have year-round teams, which is what lets us genuinely know the places. We also organise elsewhere in the northern French Alps ; just tell us what you have in mind.
Does the resort change the budget much ?
Less than the dates do. On identical dates, the gap between a village resort and a large high-altitude one is real but moderate ; the gap between February and January outside holidays is considerable. See the budget of a corporate ski trip.
We choose the resort with you
Give us your headcount, your departure city and your dates : we propose two or three destinations with reasons, not a catalogue.
