Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory ; without them we cannot process your enquiry. We ask you not to include sensitive personal data in the free-text field.

Technical data

As with any website, our host automatically records connection data (IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed, browser used) for security and technical operation purposes.

Recipients of the data

Your data is intended solely for the commercial and operations teams of SAS Alpes Sports Nature responsible for handling your enquiry.

Where a trip is actually organised, the information necessary to deliver the service (group name, headcount, dates, specific requirements) may be passed to our suppliers : accommodation providers, caterers, ski schools, equipment hire shops and transport operators. Such transfers are limited to what is indispensable to performing the service.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

Transfers outside the European Union

The data collected is hosted in France by OVH SAS. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Union.

Cookies

This website only uses the technical cookies necessary for it to function : session management, securing the contact form and, where applicable, maintaining an administration session. These cookies are exempt from consent under the guidelines of the French data protection authority (CNIL).

We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies for targeting purposes. You may configure your browser at any time to refuse cookies ; certain features of the website may then no longer work normally.
